A core value of ToSolution is to SERVE our clients. When making decisions about their technology or even our own, we always ask ourselves, “What’s best for the client?”
Serving others is a value that doesn’t cease at our office doors or even the doors of our clients. At ToSolution, helping others extends into our shared communities and beyond.
Our community involvement starts in our own backyard by supporting many of the ventures put forth by our clients, but it also extends into a broader community as well. Through ToSolution’s Employee Give Back program, we are involved in supporting organizations as close as our neighborhoods and as far as the other side of the world, literally.
Oakwood Church has an orphan care ministry, called Mission: Hope that seeks to increase the awareness in our community about the needs of foster care children & orphans with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of adoptions.
The ministry holds one large community fundraiser each year, which is the “Lace Up” 5K Run/Family Fun Walk. All proceeds from the race go to both global orphan care for aged-out orphans previously at the Jelgava City Orphanage in Jelgava, Latvia & locally to Royal Family KIDS Camp, an annual week-long camp for foster care children in Waukesha County.
ToSolution Involvement: Mark and Lisa James participated in the 5k Run and supported the ministry through the Employee Give Back Program.
In the winter of 1968, during a time when Milwaukeeans were marching for civil liberties, Highland Community School was born out of a passion for education equality, social justice, care for one another, and a yearning for family involvement in students’ education. Fifty years later, we embrace those core values still.
ToSolution Involvement: As their IT service provider, we are very familiar with the outstanding work that Highland is doing with children, adolescents, and families in their school and in their community. We are honored to share in the annual sponsorship of their fundraising event, “BIKE, WALK, EAT”
